Living with the suspicion of distrust about your husband of boyfriend and their faithfulness to your relationship is an awful thing but with the stats showing that along with the climbing divorce rate a steadily climbing infidelity rate sits right along side it. Often because of this wives are left wondering “How do I track my husbands cell phone calls” because of a need for closure and truth to have a clear mind and relationship or to take the right action if something is discovered.

Tracking your husband’s phone calls for his cell phone is not always easy however. First up you need to get access to his cell phone and be able to unlock it to view the contents of course. If this is not too difficult in your relationship then this can be a gold mine of information that can possibly prove of disprove their infidelity, you just need to apply a bit of detective work!

By going into the call histories you can find numbers of phones that have been called or have been received over a length of time. If you pick out the numbers you do not know that are used quite often you can proceed to the next step of discovering who owns that number. If it is a home phone number this is easy, there are many reverse phone directories online that you can enter the number into and receive the details of who owns it. This is because home phone numbers are a part of the public domain so they are available to everyone. If it is a cell phone number then you have a bigger problem because cell numbers are NOT a part of the public domain.

If you end up with some cell phone numbers you do have an option though as there are private reverse cell phone directories that allow you to get the owner of a cell phone by their number which may be the final piece of the puzzle.

If this is what you need to track your husbands calls click below which will then do a reverse phone lookup on a home phone number and return the details and if you get a full membership you can search for cell phone numbers too!

Can your employer demand you keep your company phone on during off duty time even if you are not on call?
My husband’s employer told him that he must keep the company cell phone on and with him at all times including his off duty times. Can your employer force you to be available to them during non working hours? This phone is GPS enabled. They can track the phone as long as it is on. Does an employer have the right to track you when your off duty?
My husband is not in position where he is "on call". He only has been asked to keep the phone on and with him during off duty time since he got hurt on the job. The past 10 months prior they did not require him to have the phone on while off duty. There is no way to turn off GPS. The administrator can turn it back on.

yes, they can demand it. And if he says no, they might fire him. Sounds like it’s part of the job description. if he doesn’t like it, then he should get another job. They don’t have the right to track you while you’re not on duty.

No, because technically he’s not on the clock. That’s the problem with a lot of employers now-a-days. They expect employees to go above & beyond when they’re not obligated to do so. That’s invasion of his privacy IF they’re tracking him even when he’s OFF. If he’s not doing anything pretaining to the job, then there’s no reason to have it on.

Unfortunately, an employer can pretty much demand an employee to do anything that’s not illegal. The only exception would be if there was an employment agreement signed that specifically outlines duties.

Is it right? I don’t think so. But other than finding another job or risk getting fired, I don’t think there’s a thing you can do about it.

He can disengage the GPS on the phone. They can require you to keep the phone on, but you don’t have to answer if you are not oncall. If he is oncall, he should have a pay differential. In Arizona, some workers won a settlement on being paid for oncall hours, if they have to respond to work.
