Who Am I?
I am a husband and father of 2 great children. I am a business professional who has experienced many wonderful career highlights, along with a few disappointments. I have worked for and with some of the most talented people on the planet, and have clearly learned what it takes to succeed in an ever-changing corporate marketplace. In 1996 I was on the final interviews for a Vice-President of Sales & Marketing position with a large computer training company when the CEO asked me a mind-blowing question I will never forget: “Have you had enough failure in life to understand true success?” I will help you overcome the struggles you may be experiencing with principles that will get you to the next level and are tried and true that have helped literally hundreds of people.
What qualifies me to coach?
Here are a few highlights of my personal career:
- 18 years of successful sales & sales management after receiving B.A. in Speech in 1985.
- Created and managed 2 successful multi-million dollar start-up companies in the technology sector.
- Designed and developed a “new hire” recruiting and training course for MCI Business Markets. Helped pioneer a one-of-a-kind recruiting and hiring program that saved the company millions each year. As a Branch Sales Manager for MCI, lowered employee attrition from 73% to fewer than 18%.
- Have spoken in over 400+ public appearance settings in areas of training, development, and improvement.
- Selected as a “preferred” partner to several of the world’s largest technology companies in the field of executive search.
- Have worked with some of the most highly paid and most successful managers and executives in their personal growth, career planning, image counseling, and interview skills.

I will teach you Behavioral Interviewing, the highest form of interviewing used by most of the successful Fortune 500 companies. - Personal Presentation
I will consult with you on your image and personal presentation so you get the most from your “first impression” and second, and third…Your image can and will make a huge difference in securing a better position in today’s tough job market. - Resume Placement
We will identify up to the top 10 companies you want to work for and are qualified for, and will get you in front of the decision maker, the hiring manager. No more submitting your resume in to “the black hole”. You will know how to navigate the corporate structure and know what buttons to push to get the job offer based on each company’s culture and personality. - On-going coaching and support
